CEO
With 25 years in senior global roles at Johnson & Johnson and Boehringer Ingelheim, Matt founded DQA to deliver compliance consultancy grounded in genuine regulatory and technology experience.
An ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Chair of the Research Quality Association (RQA) Board, he leads the DQA team while continuing to practise as a principal consultant in his areas of expertise.

He brings over 30 years of hands-on experience across pharmaceutical, medical device, and government sectors.

Garima brings 16 years of experience in Computer System Validation, IT Quality Assurance, and clinical data management across the life sciences sector, with a track record spanning global consultancy, regulated product companies, and clinical research organisations. She holds ITIL V3 and ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications and specialises in GAMP 5, agile GxP validation, and IT infrastructure qualification.
