Clients

The data we collect 

  • Client contact details 
  • Information about your business activities with DQA
  • Information and documents about our business dealings with you, about your enquiries and our communications with you
  • Billing and payment information

We use this information to: 

  • To enter into contracts with you
  • To deliver contracted services to you in accordance with what we agree we will do as set out in our proposal documents,
  • We also use your information to bill you and keep track of payments that you make.

When and how we share information with others

Your information may be shared with:

  • IT service providers who provide cloud-based solutions, data storage, processing, back-up and retrieval services.
  • Name sub-contractors or associates who are asked by DQA to assist us in carrying out client work, providing that our contract with you does not restrict us from doing that. Under such circumstances we will ensure our associates comply with all relevant data protection legislation.
  • It is possible, though unlikely, that we might be forced to disclose your information in response to a court order or other binding mandate.


We do not sell personal information to anyone. 

Patients and healthcare data

We process data provided to us by our clients and auditees and process this data strictly for the purposes of carrying out the agreed services such as conducting quality reviews and audit. We abide by the privacy and security requirements as per the contractual arrangements.

Your name, business name and address, your job title, email address and business telephone numbers

Information and documents about your enquiries and our communications with you

What we do with your data

We may, if appropriate use the information we hold about you to provide our audit and consulting services including providing you with proposals and contractual documents that may be required in the provision of our services. 

Dealing with your enquiry

If you contact us we will follow up on your enquiry and see if there is a way in which we can help you. We keep a record of enquiries received, so that we know what we have said to whom.

Retention periods

Data about our potential clients: we will regularly review the data we hold and will only continue to hold data about you as long as we have a contractual or legitimate interest.

 

Visitors to our website

When you visit our website, we use third-party services to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the website.  The information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

When you complete a contact form on our website or use the email for enquiries, we will use the information provided by you only for the purpose of providing you with an appropriate response.

We implement various software and physical security measures to protect all personal data that we hold

All the data we hold is protected by constantly monitored backup systems

We have an information security policy and take steps to make sure the policy is implemented
