We are delighted to announce that Matt Jones has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of the Research Quality Association (RQA). In accepting the position, Matt said ‘Accepting the RQA Chair position holds deep personal significance. Having served as IT Committee Chair, I now follow in the footsteps of my first boss – an RQA founding member and former Chair who inspired my quality journey. This full circle moment is truly humbling.

Our office’s excellent work will strengthen global partnerships as we collectively shape legislation and regulatory guidance. Together we’ll build a community where RQA members don’t just adapt to regulatory changes – we influence them, establishing benchmarks that will guide our profession for generations.
